Though Jackie only joined us months ago, she brings more than 15 years of shredding industry expertise—and we’re already feeling her positive impact.

Jackie’s passion for building strong teams and optimizing processes is clear from day one. As COO, she’s focused on strengthening the Shred Instead brand, supporting internal growth, and implementing thoughtful, scalable improvements across departments.

Before joining Shred Instead, Jackie spent over a decade leading operation success across the shredding and secure document management space. Her deep understanding of the industry—and her collaborative approach—bring a fresh, strategic perspective to our growing company.

A Glimpse Outside the Office

When she’s not leading team meetings or refining workflows, Jackie is soaking up life with her two children and her adorable 7-month-old granddaughter. She’s also a big fan of playing pickleball in her spare time. “A sun shiny day always makes for a good day,” Jackie says—and she brings that positive energy to everything she does.
